YouTube is a rich source of all kinds of videos, and many times we want to watch our favorite ones again and again, even when we are not online and away from our computer.

This little program allows us to download any YouTube video in a fast and easy manner, so that we can upload it to our iPod or other portable device, like iPhone, BlackBerry, PSP and others. You only need to copy the video's URL, paste it in the program's window and click the Download button. Also, the program has batch-processing capabilities, allowing you to download several videos at the same time. It has some customizable options, like the output folder and file name, as well as the language of the interface and other options. You can choose the quality of the output video and the type of portable device to which you intend to upload it.

The installation wizard suggests you to install the DVDVideoSoft toolbar for Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. The program also asks the same thing, when you finish using it for the first time. You can decline, and still have the program installed in your system.
